Canada:

If you don’t enjoy your order from BAO Laboratory, please let us know at insta@baolaboratory.com so that we can help you return it within 14 days of receipt.

A notice for you that you may refuse the package at the door. As long as the package remains unopened, Canada Post should not charge to return the package to us. If your package was already delivered, you may take the unopened item with all its original labels to any post office and say that you want it returned to the sender, free of charge. If the box has been opened and/or repackaged, you will need to pay return shipping. Please note we would not reimburse these shipping fees in that event.

International:

As per International return, customers are responsible for returning shipping fee. Please email us at insta@baolaboratory.com to get more information regarding the International return.

Notice:

Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.

We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
